Last updated: May 2026. These Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) form a legally binding agreement between you and Polaris Nexus LLC, the company behind partyideas.holiday (the “Site”). By accessing the Site, creating an account, subscribing to our newsletter, or placing an order, you confirm that you’ve read and accept these Terms together with our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Refund and Returns Policy, Shipping Policy, and Affiliate Disclosure. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Site.

References to “we,” “us,” “our,” or “PartyIdeas.Holiday” mean Polaris Nexus LLC. References to “you” mean the person accessing the Site or buying from the shop.

Where we sell

Eligibility and geographic scope

The Site and the shop are intended for, and orders are accepted from, customers located in the United States only. We do not ship outside the U.S. By creating an account or placing an order, you confirm that:

• You are a resident of the United States with a valid U.S. shipping address.
• You are at least 18 years old, or the legal purchasing age in your state, whichever is higher.
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.
• You are using the Site for your own personal, non‑commercial use, unless we have separately agreed to a wholesale or business arrangement in writing.

Because some of our products are intended for adults (including alcohol‑related items), orders cannot be accepted from anyone under 18. We may verify your age at the time of order, at delivery, or before shipping a restricted item. Orders that fail age verification will be cancelled and refunded.

Your account

Accounts and registration

Some features (placing an order, tracking shipments, saving favorites) require you to create an account. When you register you agree to provide accurate information, keep your account information up to date, choose a strong password and keep it confidential, and be responsible for all activity that takes place under your account. Notify us immediately at info@polarisnexuslcc.com if you suspect unauthorized use.

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts that we believe violate these Terms, that submit fraudulent or suspicious orders, or that abuse promotional offers. You can close your account at any time by contacting us; closing the account doesn’t remove records we are required to keep for tax or legal reasons (see our Privacy Policy).

Orders

Orders, prices, and acceptance

Listings on the shop are an invitation to buy, not a binding offer. The contract of sale is formed only when we send you an order confirmation email for items that have actually shipped. Before that, we may decline or cancel all or part of your order, for example if:

• A product is out of stock or has been discontinued.
• There is a pricing or description error that is obvious or material.
• We can’t verify your identity, age, payment, or shipping address.
• The order looks fraudulent, abusive, or in breach of these Terms.
• Shipping or selling the product to your address is restricted by law (this can apply to alcohol‑related items, which are regulated state by state).

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars and do not include applicable sales tax, which is added at checkout where required. Shipping fees, if any, are also shown at checkout. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but the price applicable to your order is the one shown on the order confirmation.

Payment

Payment

Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc., our payment provider. By placing an order, you authorize Stripe to charge the full amount of the order (products, shipping, and tax) to the payment method you provided. We do not see or store your full card details; see our Privacy Policy for what we receive.

If your payment is declined, your order will not be processed. You are responsible for any fees your bank or card issuer may charge you in connection with the transaction (such as foreign‑transaction or insufficient‑funds fees).

Fulfillment

Shipping and fulfillment

Orders are fulfilled by our supplier CJ Dropshipping, who picks, packs, and ships the products on our behalf. To do so, we share the recipient name, shipping address, phone, email (if you provided it), and order contents with CJ Dropshipping. Estimated processing and delivery times are shown at checkout and on our Shipping Policy; they are estimates, not guarantees.

Risk of loss and title for products passes to you on delivery to the address you provided. You are responsible for entering the correct address; we cannot reroute, refund, or replace an order that fails to arrive because of an incorrect address.

Some items, particularly alcohol‑related products, may be subject to additional restrictions, taxes, or signature‑at‑delivery requirements depending on your state. If we cannot ship a product to your state, we will cancel that line of the order and refund it.

Returns

Returns, refunds, and cancellations

Our return and refund process is described in detail on our Refund and Returns Policy, which forms part of these Terms. In summary:

• You can request a return for eligible items within the window stated in our Refund and Returns Policy.
• Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resaleable condition unless they arrived damaged or defective.
• Some items are non‑returnable, including alcohol‑related products in states that restrict their return, customized items, and final‑sale items.
• Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method through Stripe. The time it takes to appear in your account depends on your bank.

To start a return, contact us at info@polarisnexuslcc.com with your order number. Please don’t ship anything back before we confirm the return address.

Alcohol

Alcohol‑related products

Some products sold on the Site relate to or contain alcohol. You agree that:

• You are at least 21 years old, the federal minimum legal drinking age in the United States, to purchase any product containing alcohol.
• You will not resell, gift, or transfer alcohol‑related products to anyone under 21.
• Someone aged 21 or older with a valid government‑issued photo ID must be present at delivery to sign for any product containing alcohol.
• Shipment is subject to the alcohol laws of your state, and we reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order at any time if shipping to your address would not be lawful or feasible.

For products that are alcohol‑themed (such as drinkware, decorations, or party games) but do not contain alcohol, the 18+ requirement above applies.

How you use the site

Acceptable use

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a way that doesn’t infringe anyone’s rights. You will not:

• Use the Site for any unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purpose.
• Place orders you don’t intend to pay for, or use stolen or unauthorized payment methods.
• Resell our products without our prior written consent.
• Attempt to disrupt the Site, bypass its security, or interfere with other users.
• Scrape, copy, or harvest the Site’s content at scale, or use automated tools (bots, crawlers) to access the Site except for legitimate search‑engine indexing.
• Reverse‑engineer or attempt to derive source code from any software on the Site.
• Submit content (including reviews or messages) that is unlawful, threatening, defamatory, obscene, or that infringes anyone’s rights.

We may suspend or terminate access to the Site if we believe you are violating these rules.

Our content

Intellectual property

Unless noted otherwise, the text, design, graphics, photos, illustrations, logos, and other materials on the Site are owned by Polaris Nexus LLC or its licensors and are protected by U.S. and international copyright, trademark, and other laws. We grant you a limited, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable license to access and view the Site for personal, non‑commercial use, and to share links to it. You may not copy, modify, republish, sell, sublicense, or otherwise exploit our content without our prior written permission.

“PartyIdeas.Holiday” and the related logos are trademarks of Polaris Nexus LLC. Third‑party trademarks mentioned on the Site belong to their respective owners and are used for identification only.

Your content

User‑generated content

If you submit content to the Site (for example, a product review, a question, or a comment), you grant us a worldwide, royalty‑free, non‑exclusive, transferable license to host, store, reproduce, display, adapt, and publish that content in connection with operating and promoting the Site, for as long as the content is on the Site or as needed by law. You confirm that:

• You own the rights to the content or have permission to grant the license above.
• The content doesn’t violate anyone’s rights and isn’t unlawful, defamatory, hateful, sexually explicit, or otherwise objectionable.
• We may moderate, edit, or remove content at our discretion, especially when it appears to break these Terms.

Affiliates & ads

Affiliate links and advertising

Some pages on the Site may include affiliate links to third‑party retailers. If you click an affiliate link and make a purchase, we may earn a small commission at no extra cost to you. This never changes which products or ideas we recommend. Purchases made on a third‑party site are a transaction between you and that retailer, not us. For details, see our Affiliate Disclosure.

We do not currently display third‑party advertising on the Site.

The Site links to third‑party websites, including service providers (Stripe, CJ Dropshipping), affiliate partners, and reference sources. We don’t control those sites and aren’t responsible for their content, products, policies, or practices. Visiting them is at your own risk, and their terms and privacy policies, not ours, apply once you leave the Site.

No guarantees

Disclaimer of warranties

The Site, its content, and the products sold through the shop are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including without limitation warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non‑infringement, accuracy, or uninterrupted access. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error‑free, or secure, or that any product description, image, or price is complete or accurate. Any reliance you place on the content is at your own risk, and nothing on the Site is professional (legal, financial, tax, medical, or safety) advice. Some jurisdictions don’t allow the exclusion of certain warranties, in which case those exclusions may not apply to you.

Liability

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Polaris Nexus LLC and its members, officers, employees, agents, and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site, your purchase of any product, or any third‑party site or product you reach through it, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability, or any other legal theory, and whether or not we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

In no event will our aggregate liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Site, or any product, exceed the greater of (a) the total amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) one hundred U.S. dollars ($100). Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations, so part of this section may not apply to you.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Polaris Nexus LLC and its team from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, your violation of any law, or your infringement of any third‑party right.

Disputes

Governing law and dispute resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to its conflict‑of‑laws rules. Subject to the arbitration agreement below, you and we agree that any lawsuit must be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Laramie County, Wyoming, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

Informal resolution first. Before filing a claim, you agree to try to resolve it informally by emailing us at info@polarisnexuslcc.com with a description of the issue and what you’d like us to do. We will try to resolve it within 60 days of receiving your notice.

Binding arbitration and class‑action waiver. If we can’t resolve the dispute informally, you and we agree that any dispute will be resolved by final and binding arbitration, administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, on an individual basis. You and we waive any right to a jury trial and to participate in a class action. Exceptions: either party may bring a claim in small claims court for disputes within that court’s jurisdiction, and either party may seek injunctive relief in court to protect intellectual property rights. If any part of this arbitration agreement is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect; if the class‑action waiver is found unenforceable, the entire arbitration agreement will be void.

30‑day opt‑out. You can opt out of the arbitration agreement and class‑action waiver by emailing us at info@polarisnexuslcc.com within 30 days of first accepting these Terms, with the subject line “Arbitration opt‑out” and your name and email associated with your account. Opting out does not affect any other part of these Terms.

Force majeure

Events beyond our control

We are not responsible for any failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, acts of government, war, civil unrest, labor disputes, shipping carrier disruptions, supplier failures, or internet or utility outages.

The rest

Miscellaneous

Entire agreement. These Terms, together with the policies linked at the top, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Site and the shop, and supersede any prior agreements.

Severability. If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest will remain in effect.

No waiver. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of our right to do so later.

Assignment. You may not assign or transfer your rights under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations, including in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

Notices. We may send notices to the email address associated with your account or by posting them on the Site. Notices to us must be sent to info@polarisnexuslcc.com.

Changes. We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date above and, for material changes, give you a more visible notice. Your continued use of the Site after the change means you accept the revised Terms.
