Privacy Policy

How Polaris Nexus LLC collects, uses, shares, and protects your information when you visit partyideas.holiday or buy through our shop.

Last updated: May 2026. This Privacy Policy explains how Polaris Nexus LLC (“Polaris Nexus,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) handles personal information collected through partyideas.holiday (the “Site”) and our online shop. By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to the practices described here. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Controller and contact

The party responsible for the personal information collected through the Site is:

  • Polaris Nexus LLC, a limited liability company registered in the State of Wyoming, United States.
  • Registered address: 1621 Central Ave, Cheyenne, WY 82001, USA.
  • Email for any privacy request, question, or rights request: info@polarisnexuslcc.com.
  • Phone: +1 (307) 205-6061.

You can use the same email to ask anything about this policy, request a copy of your data, or ask us to delete it. We aim to respond within the timeframes set by applicable law (see Your privacy rights below).

Geographic scope

The Site and our shop are intended for users located in the United States only. We do not ship outside the U.S., and our content and offers are designed for U.S. residents. If you access the Site from another country, you do so on your own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local laws.

Age restriction (18+)

Because some of the products we sell are intended for adults (including alcohol‑related items), the Site and shop are restricted to users who are at least 18 years old, or the legal drinking or purchasing age in their state, whichever is higher. By using the Site or placing an order, you confirm you meet that requirement.

If you are under that age, please do not use the Site, submit any form, or create an account. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors, and any account or order found to belong to a minor will be cancelled and the related personal information deleted. See also Children’s privacy below.

Information we collect

We collect three categories of personal information, plus a fourth only if you create an account or place an order.

1. Information you give us directly. When you contact us, subscribe to our newsletter, register an account, or place an order, you may provide:

  • Identifiers and contact details: name, email address, phone number (if you choose to provide it), and the content of any message you send us.
  • Account credentials: username and a hashed password if you register an account.
  • Order and shipping details: shipping address, billing address, items ordered, order history, and order notes.
  • Age confirmation: the fact that you confirmed you are 18+ to access the shop, and any later evidence of age provided at delivery for restricted items.
  • Marketing preferences: whether you opted in to our newsletter and when.

2. Payment information. When you pay for an order, your payment card details are entered directly with our payment processor, Stripe, Inc. We do not see, receive, or store your full card number, expiration date, or security code. We receive only a token, the last four digits of your card, the card brand, and the authorization result.

3. Information collected automatically. When you browse the Site, we and a small number of service providers automatically collect technical information, including:

  • IP address, approximate location derived from it (city/region level), browser type and version, device type, operating system, screen size, and language preference.
  • Pages you view, referring URL, time and date of your visit, time spent on the Site, and basic interaction events.
  • Cookies and similar technologies set by the Site itself and by our limited set of third parties (see Cookies and tracking below).
  • Anti‑abuse signals collected by Google reCAPTCHA when you submit a form (mouse movement, IP, hardware and software information, browser data) so we can tell humans from bots.

4. Sensitive personal information. Under California law, your account credentials (username + password) are considered sensitive personal information. We only use them to operate your account and never sell or share them. We do not knowingly collect Social Security numbers, government IDs, precise geolocation, biometric data, health data, or information about your race, religion, sexual orientation, union membership, or political views.

Cookies and tracking technologies

We use a small number of cookies and similar technologies to operate the Site, remember your preferences, keep your shopping cart and account session, perform basic measurement, and protect against bots. We do not use advertising cookies, retargeting pixels, or cross‑site tracking pixels (no Meta Pixel, no Google Ads, no TikTok pixel).

You can accept, reject, or manage non‑essential cookies through our cookie banner the first time you visit the Site, and at any time afterward by clicking the privacy settings link in the footer. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser; some parts of the Site (such as login or checkout) may not work properly if you do. For more detail, see our Cookie Policy.

Who we share information with

We share personal information only with the limited set of service providers we need to operate the Site and the shop. Each is a separate company with its own privacy practices. Where helpful, we link to the provider’s policy.

Provider What it does What it receives
Stripe, Inc. (USA) Processes card payments. Name, billing address, email, card details (entered directly on Stripe), order total. Stripe privacy.
CJ Dropshipping (China) Picks, packs, and ships products on our behalf. Recipient name, shipping address, phone, email (if provided), and order contents. CJ privacy.
OVH (France/USA) Hosts the Site, our database, and our own newsletter sending infrastructure. All data stored or transmitted by the Site, on hosting servers under our control.
Google reCAPTCHA Detects bots on our forms. IP, device and browser data, mouse/keyboard signals, and reCAPTCHA cookies. Google privacy.
Google Search Console Reports how the Site appears in Google Search. Aggregated search query and performance data. We do not receive personal information through this service.

We may also disclose information when required to do so by law, a valid subpoena, or a government request; when needed to protect our rights, property, or safety, or those of our users or the public; or in connection with a business transaction such as a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, in which case we will take reasonable steps to ensure the recipient honors this policy.

We do not sell your personal information for money, and we do not share it with third parties for cross‑context behavioral advertising.

International data transfers

Although we sell only in the United States, fulfilling your order means transferring some of your personal information to CJ Dropshipping in China, which is the supplier that ships products on our behalf. The personal information transferred is limited to what is strictly necessary for shipping (recipient name, address, phone, email if provided, order contents). CJ Dropshipping is contractually required to process this information only for the purpose of fulfilling your order and to apply appropriate safeguards.

By placing an order, you understand and agree that your shipping information will be transferred to and processed in China for this purpose. If you do not consent to this transfer, please do not place an order through the shop.

Data retention

We keep your personal information only as long as we need it for the purposes described above or as required by law. Indicative periods:

Data How long
Order, billing, and tax records Up to 7 years after the order, to meet U.S. tax and accounting obligations.
Customer account data While the account is active, plus a short grace period (typically up to 24 months of inactivity) before deletion or anonymization.
Newsletter subscription Until you unsubscribe, plus a short suppression record afterward so we don’t email you again by accident.
Contact form messages Up to 24 months from the last interaction, longer if needed to resolve a dispute.
Website logs and analytics Typically up to 14 months.
Age confirmation records For as long as the related account or order record is kept.

When the retention period ends, we delete or anonymize the data, except where a longer period is required by law.

How we protect your information

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal information, including HTTPS encryption in transit, hashed passwords, access controls limited to staff who need them, regular software updates and backups, and a managed hosting environment at OVH. Despite these measures, no system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. If we ever experience a data breach that affects your personal information, we will notify you and the appropriate authorities as required by applicable U.S. state law.

Your California privacy rights (CCPA/CPRA)

If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act and California Privacy Rights Act give you specific rights regarding your personal information. We respect those rights for all California users, regardless of how you interact with the Site.

Your rights are:

  • Right to know what categories of personal information we collect, the sources we collect it from, the purposes for collecting it, the categories of third parties we share it with, and the specific pieces of personal information we hold about you.
  • Right to delete personal information we collected from you, with some exceptions (for example, information we must keep for tax or legal reasons).
  • Right to correct inaccurate personal information.
  • Right to limit the use and disclosure of sensitive personal information. We already limit our use of your account credentials (the only sensitive category we hold) to operating your account.
  • Right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. We do not sell or share personal information for cross‑context behavioral advertising, so there is nothing to opt out of, but the right is preserved.
  • Right to non‑discrimination for exercising your rights. We will not deny service, charge you a different price, or provide you a different quality of service for using your privacy rights.

Categories of personal information we collected in the last 12 months (CCPA categorization): identifiers (name, email, IP, account ID); customer records (billing and shipping information); commercial information (orders); internet and network activity (pages viewed, interactions, cookies); inferences drawn from the above only to operate the Site. We collected this information from you directly, from your device, and from our service providers listed above. Business purposes are those described in How we use your information.

How to exercise your rights. Email us at info@polarisnexuslcc.com with the subject “California privacy request” and tell us which right you want to exercise. We may need to verify your identity using information we already hold about you (such as your account email and recent order details). We will respond within 45 days, with a possible 45‑day extension if the request is complex, and we will notify you if we need more time.

Authorized agents. You may use an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf, in which case we will ask for written permission signed by you and may verify your identity directly.

Shine the Light. California’s “Shine the Light” law (Civil Code § 1798.83) allows California residents to request information about disclosures of personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes. We do not disclose personal information to third parties for their own direct marketing purposes.

Other U.S. state privacy rights

If you are a resident of Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Texas, Florida, Oregon, Montana, Delaware, Iowa, or another U.S. state with a comprehensive privacy law, you have similar rights to those described above: to know what personal information we hold about you, to access or receive a copy of it, to correct it, to delete it, to opt out of “sale” and of “targeted advertising,” and to be free from discrimination for exercising those rights. Some states also give you the right to appeal a refused request.

To exercise any of these rights, email us at info@polarisnexuslcc.com. We will respond within the timeframe set by your state’s law (typically 45 days). We do not engage in “sale” of personal information or in “targeted advertising,” so the opt‑out rights apply by default. If we ever decline a request, you may appeal by replying to our response with the word “Appeal” in the subject line, and we will reconsider and respond within the period required by your state.

Children’s privacy

The Site and shop are not directed to children. As described above, the Site is restricted to users aged 18 or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13, in compliance with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18 given the nature of some of the products we sell. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at info@polarisnexuslcc.com and we will promptly delete it.

Newsletter and email marketing

Our newsletter is sent from our own infrastructure hosted at OVH. We only email you if you opted in by submitting your email through one of our subscription forms. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can also unsubscribe at any time by emailing info@polarisnexuslcc.com. Once you unsubscribe, we keep a minimal suppression record (your email) so we don’t accidentally contact you again.

We do not currently send promotional text messages or use SMS marketing. If we add SMS in the future, we will obtain your prior express written consent in line with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and update this policy accordingly.

Affiliate links and advertising

Some pages on the Site may include affiliate links to third‑party retailers. If you click an affiliate link and make a purchase, we may earn a small commission at no extra cost to you. This never changes which products or ideas we recommend. For details, see our Affiliate Disclosure.

We do not display third‑party advertising on the Site, and we do not allow third parties to set advertising cookies through our Site.

Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control

Some browsers send a “Do Not Track” (DNT) signal. There is no universal standard for how websites should respond to DNT signals, so we do not currently respond to them. We do, however, honor recognized opt‑out preference signals such as the Global Privacy Control (GPC) for California residents and residents of other states where it is legally required, as an opt‑out of sale and sharing.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, our service providers, or the law. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. If changes are material, we will let you know in a more visible way, for example by a notice on the homepage or by email if we have your address. Your continued use of the Site after an update means you accept the revised policy.
